When a name, county, booking number, TDCJ number, SID, case number, or other search term is entered into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Texas Inmate Population does not control that provider's records, pricing, privacy terms, or results, and it does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us or send a message through a contact form, we use the information you provide to review and answer the message. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless disclosure is needed to comply with a valid legal request, protect the site, or address misuse.
